A brilliant and exciting Christmas Party was held at The Seasons. All the guests had so much fun and it's an unforgettable Christmas night for everyone.

精彩紛呈的聖誕派對在季節舉行,美酒佳餚讓所有的客人賓至如歸。整晚氣氛非常活躍,讓賓客度過了一個難忘的聖誕之夜。

法國馬盧莊園拉朗德波美侯產區幹紅葡萄酒2011

Lalande-de-Pomerol is an appellation of Bordeaux wine region in south-western France. The red wine produced in Pomerol is of great prestige in the northern region of Libournais, an appellation of Bordeaux. The wines of Lalande-de-Pomerol are made predominantly from Merlot, but may also contain Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec. This Cuvee les Graves is very elegant, combining fruity aromas of red berries, blackcurrants and plums and exquisite baked oakiness. This smooth cuvee, a good match with beef, venision , etc., is even and lasting with fine aftertaste.

拉朗德波美侯是法國西南部波爾多的法定產區。在波爾多法定產區利布林訥的北部,波美侯子產區的紅酒有很高的聲望。在拉朗德波美侯產區占主要地位的紅葡萄品種是梅洛,品麗珠、赤霞珠和瑪律貝克也是很重要的混釀品種。這款香氣非常優雅,從被晃動的酒液中可以感受到類似於紅櫻桃、黑加侖和李子的芳香,並伴有一種細膩的橡木烘烤味。入口圓潤,丹寧柔順並回味悠長,適合搭配牛肉、鹿肉等。

Mathieu Gaignon 

季節餐飲總監-Mathieu Gaignon

Mathiueu Gaignon has over ten years of experience as head sommelier at some of the world’s most famous restaurants, including Joël Robuchon au Dôme in Macau and Gordon Ramsay’s Hospital Road in London, both 3-Star-Michelin. After completing the Mention Complémentaire Sommellerie in France in 1999, he became assistant head sommelier at Hospital Road, and has since worked with 2-Star-Michelin chefs Eric Chavot and Marcus Wareing at the Capital Hotel and the Berkeley, respectively. In addition, he opened two restaurants for the Connaught Hotel, one for Angela Hartnett and one with Hélène Darroze, helping these great chefs create and maintain an extensive wine list as well as overlooking service standards to bring the restaurants to a Michelin Star stratospheres.
 
Mr. Gaignon worked in a 3-Michelin-Star “Joël Robuchon Restaurant au Dôme - Grand Lisboa Hotel” after he moved to Macau, then he shifted to City of Dream, assumed the position of Wine Director.
 
And now The Seasons is very proud to have Mr. Gaignon as our Beverage Director. Importantly, he will also conduct Wine Tasting Class with different interesting topics at the end of each month .
 
 
Mathieu Gaignon作為一名首席侍酒師已有數十年的從業經驗,他也曾在世界幾家有名的餐廳擔任餐廳經理,其中包括:位於澳門的“Joël Robuchon au Dôme”米芝蓮三星餐廳和位於倫敦一家由Gordon Ramsay所經營的米芝蓮三星餐廳“Hospital Road”。1999年,他在法國完成了專業侍酒師文憑課程後(Mention Complémentaire de Sommellerie) ,便被提拔為“Hospital Road”的助理首席侍酒師,在當地他得到了世界著名侍酒師大師Ronan Sayburn的輔導。
 
Gaignon先生曾和米芝蓮二星廚師Eric Chavot 和Marcus Wareing在倫敦首都酒店和倫敦伯克利酒店合作。並且成功的為梅寶尼康諾酒店開設了兩家餐廳,分别由Angela Hartnett和Hélène Darroze經營,不僅幫助了他們創建豐富的酒單,還保證了服務質量,並使他們在開店後達到米芝蓮一星的水平。
 
Gaignon先生在來到澳門以後,在新葡京酒店裡的米芝蓮三星餐廳“Joël Robuchon Restaurant au Dôme工作,之後他轉到了澳門新濠天地工作,擔任葡萄酒總監。
 
現在季節非常榮幸地能夠邀請Gaignon先生成為我們的一員,除了擔當季節的飲品總監外,他還將在每個月的月底開辦不同主題的品酒班。
