Reservation Terms and Conditions

  • No service charge is applied.
  • Online reservation needs to be done at least one working day in advance.
  • Reservation for a party of 7 or more will require a deposit.
  • A confirmation email will be sent upon successfully reservation. If you cannot receive the confirmation email, please contact The Seasons’ hotline: (+853) 8897 1888.
  • Your reservation will be held for 15 minutes.
  • If you wish to cancel your reservation, please inform us 1 working day (24hrs) in advance.
  • The Seasons reserves the rights to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
