The Seasons Restaurant aims to provide a casual yet refined dining experience. Our culinary team focuses on using seasonal ingredients for the creation of innovative dishes. Embrace our concept “From Farm to Table”, we source our ingredients not only from suppliers with close ties to the community, but also produce from our own experiential garden which is located in proximity to the restaurant. Our goal is to teach our students the responsibility of sustainable food use, as well as the importance of caring for our ingredients. The training restaurant provides a real world scenario for the students, and allows them to experience what is like to serve regular guests. We take pride on everything we serve and we work toward providing an enjoyable experience for our guests. We also tailor menus and provide catering for any special events. The aim of The Seasons Training Restaurant is to provide an overall variety of wines from all over the world, specific to their regions, soil and climate. Our focus is to present the best example of the grape variety either single or blended, grown in different regions of the world with a reasonable, organic or biodynamic approached to winemaking as much as possible. This is giving us and our guests the true aspect of the wine, region and country, all of this, closely with the philosophy of each winemaker, winery, domaine or château.
All of the wines that we serve are sourced by our sommelier & beverage director, working closely with suppliers or directly with the wineries to able us to have the best selection as possible. If you would like to learn more about wine tasting and selection, our sommelier is always ready to explain and guide you for wine purchase, food and wine pairing experiences or any other occasion. You are also welcome to take wine classes with our sommeliers, watch out for the monthly promotion.
